By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as 'User Agreement').

We reserve the right to change this User Agreement from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this User Agreement periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

1. RESPONSIBLE USE AND CONDUCT

4. USER CONTENT

You may upload, store, publish, display, and distribute information, text, photos, videos and other content for your website on or through the Services (collectively, “User Content”). User Content includes any content posted by you or by users of any of your websites hosted through the Services (“User Websites”). You are solely responsible for any and all User Content and any transactions or other activities conducted on or through User Websites. By posting or distributing User Content on or through the Services, you represent and warrant to us that

    (i) you have all the necessary rights to post or distribute such User Content, and
    (ii) your posting or distribution of such User Content does not infringe or violate the rights of any third party.

Solely for purposes of providing the Services, you hereby grant to the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right and license to:

    (i) use, reproduce, publicly perform, publicly display, modify, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), publish and distribute User Content; and
    (ii) make archival or back-up copies of User Content and User Websites. Except for the rights expressly granted herein, the Company does not acquire any right, title or interest in or to the User Content, all of which shall remain solely with you.

We exercise no control over, and accept no responsibility for, User Content or the content of any information passing through our computers, network hubs and points of presence or the internet. We do not monitor User Content. However, you acknowledge and agree that we may, but are not obligated to, immediately take any corrective action in our sole discretion, including without limitation removal of all or a portion of the User Content or User Websites, and suspend or terminate any and all Services without refund if you violate the terms of this Agreement. You hereby agree that the Company shall have no liability due to any corrective action that we may take.

4. PRODUCT/SERVICE DISCLAIMER

  • As a service provider we follow/obey your service requirement and provide you services, we are not liable on any legal or law boundation goven or claim by any authority or any person.
  • All the content publish on you website such as articles, advertisement, images, videos, audios, documents or any thing that comes in term of CONTENT we are not responsible, all the reposibility of such content will be solely yours.
  • Domain & Hostng will be charged on annually advance basis, Which once paid is non-refundable.
  • All of your services such as domain, hosting, web traffic, mobile application, website maintenance, website/content update will be suspend or terminate if your payment is due after due date or extention date has been passed.
  • After termination of services if your require to reinstate/re-activate your services require a surcharge of 500.00 Rs, which is paid in advance and you have to clear all the dues.
  • We do not charge for website development, we only provide you SaaS (Software as a Service) website, so if your want to quit our services will only return you those product which are owned by you.
  • If still you need our website development service or website template, you have to pay development charges separately as agreed upon.
  • Before your stop or quit or services you have to clear all the dues, and in case of any dispute we can take legal action without any notification
  • In case of Domain suspension or renewal you have to pay domain renewal charges within 10 days from the date of suspension or renewal, in case you not paid this due or renewal charges your domain may loss and we are not liable for such type of damge/losses.
  • In case of Hosting suspension or renewal you have to pay hosting renewal charges within 30 days from the date of suspension or renewal, in case you not paid this dues or renewal charges your hosting may be deleted from our server and in such condition we are not liable for data or User Content losses. Once the content is deleted from our server is not recoverable.
  • For android mobile application we only provide you complied apk file which can be installed to any one's supported android smartphone, We are not charging you any development cost we are only providing you mobile app as a services. After stop using services mobile application may not be work.
  • In case if your required mobile application source code you have to pay separte amount for development of mobile application, which can be agreed mutually.
  • Your are also agreed to provide all the account and password required to run the desired services you have provided us.

5. GOVERNING LAW

This website is controlled by JSK Technosoft from our offices located in the state of Madhya Pradesh, India. It can be accessed by most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of Madhya Pradesh, India by accessing our website or services, you agree that the statutes and laws of Madhya Pradesh, India without regard to the conflict of laws.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.
